To make a payment of room charge or deposit

Available cards for payment : Credit card issued out of Korea(VISA, Master, AMEX)
When you reserve, please input your credit card information, then your deposit will be paid and your balance can be paid when check in.
Provided that your cancel charge is over your deposit, the difference will be paid automatically by your credit card.
2. By remittance
After reservation, you should make a full payment of room charge by remittance to the account below by the time appointed.
In case of a native or foreigner who lives in Korea, please send the money to the account below.

Refund & Change Policies
1. Refund Policies
If you cancel 5days prior to check-in, you can get a full refund and 4~2 days prior to check-in, the 50% of total room rate would be charged on your credit card. Within 2 days, the 100% of total room rate would be charged.
2. Refund & Change Policies for a Group(8~15persons)
If you cancel 10 days prior to check-in, you can get a full refund and 9~5 days prior to check-in, the 50% of total room rate would be charged on your credit card. Within 4 days, the 100% of total room rate would be charged.
(Change Policies are the same conditions as refund Policies)
3. Refund Policy regarding flight, ferry cancelation due to bad weather
We give a 100% refund to the guests ONLY who inform cancelled flight or ferry due to bad weather RIGHT AFTER the announcement of cancellation.
4. Change Policies
If you change your reservation 4~2 days prior to check-in, a 50% of the room charge would be charged. After that, it is not available to change your reservation.
5. How to cancel the booking
Please leave your name and reservation number on our Q&A board.Then we are going to cancel your reservation according to our refund policies.
